Over six weeks, you will build a complete financial management system for a real company — from a blank workbook to a fully linked model with financial statements, ratio analysis, a Budget vs Actual tracker, and an interactive management dashboard. Every session adds to the same workbook. By the end, you have a professional-grade output you built yourself and the skills to build another one for your actual employer.

You work with data. You produce reports. You are expected to analyse survey results, track indicators, and present findings to senior stakeholders — but no one ever formally taught you how to do it in Excel.

 In four weeks you will go from uncertain to confident — handling messy survey data, producing descriptive statistics, building publication-standard charts, and delivering research outputs that look as credible as the analysis behind them.
